1. Introduction

Welcome to the official website of SFC Media Academy. By accessing or using any part of our platform, including our website, courses, and related services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Purpose of Service and User Conduct

SFC Media Academy aims to empower users with professional skills through courses related to digital skills, content creation, and media. We are committed to delivering quality education and transparent services.

  • You will not engage in any illegal, unethical, or inappropriate activities.
  • You will not post or share any misleading or inappropriate content.
  • You will not attempt to disrupt the security or systems of the website.
  • You will not use automated tools to collect data from the platform.

3. User Restrictions

  • You may not copy, republish, modify, or distribute any content from the website or app without prior written consent.
  • Commercial use of the services is only permitted with explicit approval.
  • You may not impersonate any individual, organization, or company.
  • You must not harm the integrity, security, or performance of the website.

4. Disclaimer

The YouTube Mastery Course is created and designed by SFC Media Academy for educational purposes only. This course is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of YouTube or Google LLC.

All training material, strategies, and lessons are based on the independent expertise and experience of SFC Media Academy. The mention of "YouTube" is only for descriptive purposes to explain the scope of the training.

4. Course Discount

All course prices are fixed and transparently displayed. Any available discounts are already included in the course price and can be viewed directly on the course page. We do not make unexpected changes to pricing. All courses are digital and non-refundable after enrollment.

1. Referral Eligibility

  • Referral Bonus will be given only on valid new registrations made with a Sponsor ID.
  • No bonus will be provided for duplicate, fake, or self-registrations.

2. Bonus Amount

  • For every new paid registration, the Sponsor will receive a Referral Bonus of ₹200.
  • The bonus will be credited directly to the Sponsor’s wallet.

3. Withdrawal Rules

  • Wallet balance can only be withdrawn by users who have completed KYC.
  • The minimum withdrawal limit will be ₹500.
  • Applicable TDS/Taxes will be deducted as per company policy.

4. Fair Use Policy

  • The Referral Program is designed solely to promote the learning platform.
  • Any misuse (such as fake accounts, multiple IDs, or false information) will result in cancellation of the Referral Bonus.

5. Company Rights

  • The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time.
  • Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically.

6. Payment & Payouts

  • All referral payouts will be made through the official wallet system only.
  • Processing time for withdrawal requests may take up to 5 working days.
  • The company is not responsible for any delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or technical issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the referral program.
  • Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login and account details.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

9. Acceptance of Terms

  • By participating in the referral program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

Seller Account (₹49) – Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

By clicking the “Register/Pay” button, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and policies listed below.

1. Introduction

The Seller Account is a promotional/affiliate-type account through which you can share referral links for our courses or products and earn commission as per the specified rate.

The ₹49 fee is a one-time onboarding/access charge. It is not a course or training fee.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Compliance with Indian laws, and a valid mobile number and email address are required.
  • Providing false or misleading information may lead to account suspension or termination.

3. Account Creation and Verification

  • OTP or email verification may be required during registration.
  • For security and compliance, KYC details (Name, Address, Bank, UPI, PAN/GST if applicable) may be requested.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily restricted until KYC is successfully completed.

4. Fees and Payments

  • The ₹49 fee is charged only once (subject to launch or promotional offers).
  • This amount covers access to the seller wallet, referral system, support, and administrative processing.
  • Applicable taxes or government charges may apply as per law.

5. Referral and Commission Policy

  • You will receive a unique referral link in your seller dashboard/wallet.
  • If a valid user purchases through your link (without refund or chargeback), the eligible commission will be credited to your wallet.
  • Commission rates and eligibility may vary by course or offer and are listed in your dashboard/policy section.
  • Fraud, self-referrals, or misuse of coupons will result in cancellation of commission and possible account suspension.

6. Commission Validation Window

  • Each transaction may undergo a validation period (typically 1–7 business days) before the commission is confirmed.
  • Refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent transactions during this period will not be eligible for commission.

7. Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal limit: ₹[Min Amount] (subject to change).
  • Payment methods: UPI or Bank Transfer (KYC verification required).
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days (depending on bank/gateway holidays).
  • Bank/UPI failures, incorrect details, or chargebacks may cause delays or reversals. Transaction fees may apply.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Creating duplicate/self-referral accounts to earn commission on your own purchases.
  • Spamming, fake traffic, misleading advertisements, or unauthorized paid ads using the brand name/trademark.
  • Re-uploading or reselling our content, videos, or logos without written consent.
  • Making false claims such as “Guaranteed Job”, “Income Guarantee”, or “Government Approval”.

9. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage

  • All logos, course content, and branding materials belong exclusively to SFC Media Academy.
  • Limited use is allowed only for promoting your referral links; no alteration or misleading presentation is permitted.
  • Offline marketing (flyers, posters, or print materials) requires prior written consent.

10. Data Privacy

  • Your provided information is used only for account, commission tracking, support, and legal compliance.
  • Cookies and tracking are used for referral and analytics purposes. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

12. Account Suspension / Termination

  • Violation of policies, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, abusive behavior, or false information may result in suspension or permanent termination.
  • Pending or unvalidated commissions may be forfeited or held for review in such cases.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • The platform is provided “as-is.” The company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profit, or data loss.
  • We are not responsible for delays or reversals caused by technical issues, network failures, or payment gateways.

14. Changes to Terms

  • The company may modify the terms, rates, or withdrawal policies at any time.
  • Continued use of the platform after updates will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.

Refund Policy (₹49 Onboarding Fee)

General Rule: The ₹49 onboarding fee is generally non-refundable as it covers platform access, setup, and administrative processing.

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or incorrect plan selection.
  • Violation of terms, fraud, or misuse of the platform.
  • Claims such as “No income received” (We do not provide income guarantees).
  • Expenses on third-party ads or promotions.

Chargeback Policy:

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may lead to permanent account suspension and forfeiture of pending commissions. Please always email us first to resolve any issue.
